This is a plan of all DAT excavations carried out at the site. We first began in 2014, after the storms. Our trenches are shown here in green. 2015 trenches are shown in blue, 2016 in red and 2019 in purple. We haven’t completed our 2021 post excavations as yet, but we concentrated in a similar area as 2019, but a little more towards the north. Here you can see exactly how close the site is to the sea, and the elements that we face.
